Our skilled engineers, coming from Geostar Project, developed mentioned system starting from NOAA DART experience - Our partners in developing phase are Telecom Italia S.p.A. the leading Italian Telecommunication operator, Inmarsat Indian Ocean Les Operator, (www.telecomitalia.it) and Co.Ni.Sma (www.conisma.it) an italian university consortium.
