Pre-registration form to fill in: download Word file and return it to the secretariat as soon as possible in advance of the meeting. For security reason individual badges must be prepared in advance and will be given at your arrival before going through UNESCO security clearance.

Guidelines for participants (in preparation)

Registration: Monday 18 June from 8.30 a.m. and Tuesday 19 June from 8 a.m. at the main entrance 7, place de Fontenoy. Participants will be given their personnal badge before entering in the building and will proceed to the IOC Registration desk outside room II where they will receive a set of documents.
