In
accordance with IOC Rule of Procedere N° 25 (1), it is
required that the names, official address and designations
(i.e. Head of delegation, Alternate, Representative or Adviser)
of participants be forwarded to the IOCARIBE Secretariat (attention
Dr. Cesar Toro, c.toro@unesco.org, copied to: p.wills-velez@unesco.org,
or by fax: 57 5 6640288) by 20 September 2008 at the latest,
using the attached form. |
Regarding
the elections of Officer of the Sub-Commission which will
take place during the Session of the Sub-Commission, you are
kindly reminded that in accordance with the technical arrangements,
applications of candidates must reach the Secretariat before
Wednesday 22 October 2008, 18 hours. Election
Form. |
The
IOC/SC-IOCARIBE-X Session will be preceded by Regional Symposium
on Tsunamis organized by the IOCARIBE Sub-Commission, which
will be held at the same place and venue as the Session, from
20 to 21 October 2008, this could be taken into account by
Member States when desiganting their delegation to the Session. |

(a.i. Jefe de Delegación, Alterno o Asesor) de los
participantes se envíe a la Secretaria de IOCARIBE

con copia cc: p.wills-velez@unesco.org o vía
fax 57 5 6640288) a mas tardar el 20 de Septiembre de 2008
utilizando el formulario adjunto.

En relación
con la elección de los miembros de la Mesa Directiva
de la Subcomisión , la cual tendrá lugar durante
la Reunión de la Subcomisión, nos permitimos
recordarle muy amablemente que de acuerdo a los arreglos
técnicos, las nominaciones para los candidatos deben
enviarse al Secretariado antes del Miércoles 22 de
Octubre 2008, a las 18:00 horas.

Reunión IOC/SC-IOCARIBE-X será precedida por
un Simposio Regional sobre Tsunamis organizado por la Subcomisión
IOCARIBE, el cual se realizará en el mismo lugar, del
20 al 21 de Octubre de 2008, lo que podría tenerse
en cuenta por parte de los Estados Miembros al decidir su
Representación en la Reunión. |
