Coral Reef Monitoring and Assessments
The Global Coral Reef Monitoring Network (GCRMN), co-sponsored by UNESCO's Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission, works to improve management and conservation of coral reefs by providing manuals, equipment, databases, training, problem solving, and helps with finding funds for reef monitoring - all coordinated in a global network. The project includes regular global assessments of the Status of Coral Reefs of the World.
